provide pension plans, employment contracts and a safe working environment
what do love & belonging needs involve ?
provide teamwork, social events, holidays, leisure facilities, good communication
what do self-esteem needs involve ?
businesses should provide appraisals, job enrichment, bonuses and recognition
what do self-actualisation needs involve ?
provide challenging new tasks and roles via promotions, empowerment, extra responsibility
