Bring empty martini glass and full shaker to table ; set glass at 10:00(where there wine glass was) fill with 2/3 full from shaker, leave shaker next to martini glass to fill later
What questions would you ask to a guest when ordering a martini ?
Ascertain vodka or gin? Whether they want vermouth or olive brine?
If they don’t specify serve the well of that spirit. How do you like your martinis ? And hope they specify to answer above. If they don’t I serve the default with no vermouth.
If guest is looking for something cool and refreshing what drink would you recommend and why ?
Strawberry Rhubarb cooler served ice cold ina tall glass not too sting with refreshing flavors of Prosecco and lemon in addition to strawberry and rhubarb .
If guest tells you they prefer vodka over gin and are not a fan of fruity drinks what would you reccomend and why ?
I would recommend the cucumber basil limeade whose primary spirit is vodka, with flavors of cucumber, basil , lime and not too sweet.
If guest was looking for a cocktail to pair with their meal and ordered steak which would you reccomend and why ?
For a marbled ribeye - bourbon old fashioned beachside the rich mouthfeel would hold up nicely. For a strip a whistle pig old fashioned whose composed flavors would complement the rich flavors of the steak. For a filet - a dry gin martini whose sharp flavors would cleanse the palate to showcase the tenderness of the steak.

I would recommend the California citrus martini the underlying flavors of the carpal vermouth and orange lemon would complement the seafood nicely .
