A

Money you spend in a specific month on a program.

Months without a period costs will roll “backwards” to the last one that was defined.

A

Helps filter data for reporting processes. Describes your program.

Tag type is the kind of information you want to sort by.

Channels

A

Helps filter data for reporting processes.

Report on how your members moved through your program.

Each channel has a set of progression statuses and one status that is set to equal “success”.

Example:
Channel = Roadshow
Progression Status = Invited, Registered, Attended, No Show
Success = Attended

“Event with Webinar” System Mappings

A

When using “Event with Webinar” System Mappings will be locked (as required by webinar integrations) and cannot be edited.

When using the type “Event”, system mapping for Registered, Waitlisted, and Attended statuses is required. As such, those statuses cannot be hidden.

A

Used to insert unique values from integrated services partners.

Example: unique URLs for webinar attendees. {{member.webinar url}}

*This token will only populate if the smart campaign that sends the email is a child asset of the Event Program.

A

take advantage of third-party web services to send text messages, expand person data and more.

This often includes entering your third-party service credentials as a URL parameter, or in the POST template.

What are Program Member Custom Field Tokens used for?

A

Used for fields under the scope of Program Member.

Also, used to insert unique values from integrated services partners. {{member.webinar url}} token automatically resolves the person’s unique confirmation URL generated by the service provider. {{member.registration code}} resolves to the registration code provided by the service provider.

What is Program Member Custom Fields use case?

A

Can be used only in the context of a program.
Cannot be used in: email preheader, Date Tokens in Wait Steps, or Snippets
Not supported in Member Tokens

Program or Asset referenced with “Used By”

A

For programs, you can find the Used By section in the program’s View drop down.

For assets, you can find this information in the Used By tab in the asset’s summary page.

What to know about Communication Limits:

A

Admin permissions
Per Day is based on the calendar day in the subscription time zone
You can select custom
Applies to all email and engagement programs
Default is 2 per day and 5 per week

Webinar fun facts!

A

Marketo does not have the capability to make it reoccurring.
Chanel type of the event selected must be webinar.
Fields that Marketo sends over are First Name, Last Name and Email address (required and must not be empty)
