Original folder will have a green arrow, noting that it was shared. In the workspace shared, it will had a padlock, indicating read-only.

You can assign them to workspaces as the following:

1: 1 one workspace to one partition
1: x one workspace to many partitions
x: 1 many workspaces to one partition
