Disengage AT and AP
Nose down until buffet or stick shaker stops
Roll wings level
Advance thrust as needed
Retract speedbrake
Do not change config unless if taking off with flaps up, call flap 1
Complete recovery
PM monitor and verify actions, call our any trend toward terrain contact
GPWS
Disengage AP and AT
Aggressively apply max thrust
Simultaneously roll wings level and pitch to 20deg
Retract speedbrake
If terrain still a threat, increase pitch to PLI
Do not change config until terrain clearance assured
Nose high recovery
Disengage AP and AT Nose down Reduce thrust Roll to obtain a nose down pitch When approaching horizon, roll wings level
Nose low recovery
Disengage AP and AT
Recover from stall if needed
Roll in shortest direction to wings level
Nose up

Upset definition
Any time an airplane is diverting from the intended state.
- pitch greater than 25deg ANU / 10deg AND
- AOB greater than 45deg
- less than above but flying at an air speed inappropriate for the conditions
