- Set airspeed to 120 KIAS 60% power, 21”MP
- Roll into coordinated 360 degree steep turn with 45 or 50 degrees bank
- Maintain altitude and airspeed (+back pressure, + approx 1-200 ROM)
- Roll out 1/2 bank angle prior to entry heading
- Clear traffic and perform 360 degree turn with 45-50 degrees bank in the opposite direction
- Roll out 1/2 bank angle prior to entry heading

- Climb turn descent
- Recover
- Full power, wings level, Reduce AOA
- Flaps 50%
- Accelerate to 96
- Flaps up (positive rate above 85KIAS)

- Retract flaps
