Theory y manager belief
People are happy to put in effort and are very ambitious, they wish for communication to be felt involved in the businessand are not just money motivated they use non money motivation methods.

What is Autocratic leadership
Gives orders to follow lots of supervision makes all decions . Theory x. Effective with rapid restructuring and on low skilled workers.
What is Paternalistic
Autocratic but care for welfare and ensure employees taht the decision made are the bests
what is Democratic Leadership
Consults everyone in decsion making but makes his own decisions. Theory Y.
What is Laissez-Faire
Complete delegation and employees decide what tehy do and manager is not involved
What is Bureaucratic leadership
Clear hierarchical structure and allows people to speacilise
