Behaviors, thoughts, feelings relayed from childhood
Transactional Analysis
A method of psychology (developed by Eric Berne) based on the idea that one’s behavior and social relationships are based on adult, child, and parent ego states
C-Type Conflict
“Cognitive conflict” - encourages innovative thinking to find a solution, builds understanding and commitment between the team members
A-Type Conflict
“Affective conflict” - hostility, distrust, people may not accept final decisions and work well together long-term
