What Strategies You Applied to grow your business…

A

The “Run, Grow, Transform” (RGT) framework, originally introduced by IT to clarify work scope from the Business Units in the annual funding process. This offers the flexibility needed through business-oriented use cases and examples. Empowering our teams to optimize daily production activity, support growth for new airplane programs and to drive transformative changes. Here’s how it works:

  1. Run: Priorities here focus on maintaining production, handling tickets, addressing critical vulnerabilities, meeting AEC commitments, and executing must-do enhancements to ensure smooth operations of electrical design processes and systems. Integrating capabilities such as circuit design, power distribution, and control systems helps streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and boost productivity. “Run” utilizes advanced software tools and automation to improve design accuracy, reduce errors and expedite project timelines.
  2. Grow: Grow priorities aim to expand electrical design capabilities and capacity to support business growth, whether through new programs, increased production rates, advanced technologies, or global design centers. Functional integration is key to this phase, enabling scalability and adaptability. By applying modular design principles, businesses can easily modify or add electrical components to meet evolving needs and future expansions. This agility helps organizations quickly respond to market changes and seize growth opportunities.
  3. Transform: This phase is about fostering innovation and integrating emerging technologies into electrical design. Functional integration plays a critical role by incorporating cutting-edge technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). These technologies can transform electrical design by enabling predictive maintenance, autonomous control systems, and energy optimization algorithms.
