bacteria enters through deepest fissure and spreads laterally along ACJ

How does a PRR work?
restoration of carious part of fissure system and remaining fissures are sealed to prevent secondary caries

outline form- minimal caries removal lining if necessary etch, prime and bond composite restoration etch sealant check occlusion
in a conventional restoration, how should composite be placed?
in increments
layered obliquely so as each layer only contacts one wall of cavity (except base layer)
