when enteral feeding will be required long term so >30 days AND the patient will benefit from it in terms of Quality of Life , nutritionally or in improve disease outcomes

Percutaneous Endoscopic Jejunostomy / PEG with Jejunal extension / Surgical Jejunostomy
LOmg term feeding AND requires post-pyloric feeding so feed has to go directly into the jejunum
