Stage I
-Tumour confines to the vulva

Stage II

  • Tumour of any size
  • with extension to adjacent perineal structures
  • Negative nodes

Stage III

  • Tumour of any size
  • with or without extension
  • With positive nodes

Stage IV
-Tumour invades other regional or distant structures

A

Gold Standard:
-Radical wide local excision of tumour
or
-Radical vulvectomy

and
-Inguinofemoral node dissection or
Sentinel node procedure

Alternative:
Radical Primary Chemoradiation.
