What do you do if you have a sub fluid seminal fluid sample?
No cigarettes
Reduce alcohol for 7 units per week

Antibiotics:
Cipro 250mg BD for 3 weeks
Doxycycline 100mg BD for 3 weeks
Tamoxifen 200mg/ clomiphene 25-50 mg
NSAID
What is the treatment strategy for low motility?
Abx: Ciprofloxacin 250mg BD x 3 weeks
Doxycycline 100mg BID x 3 weeks
hydrogen water twice daily
Coenzyme q10 200mg
