Q

What ligaments is the penis supported by?

17
Q

What type of stimulus causes an increase in blood to the penis with in the corpus cavernosa and corpus spongiosum?

A

Parasympathetic

18
Q

How does ejaculation occur?

A

Vas deferens contracts to squeeze spermatic to base of the penis. The prostate glands and seminal vesicle a release secretions to make seminal. Muscles as base of the penis they contract every 0.8 secs and releases ejaculate in up to 5 spurts.

19
Q

How is make puberty triggered?

Triggered by Gonadotrophin releasing hormone from hypothalamus stimulating FSH and LH hormone. LH hormone produces testosterone.
