Pan seared and roasted in the montague oven. served with sauce vert.
Sauce vert: parsley, chives, chervil, scallions, tarragon, capers, anchovies, lemon juice, lemon zest, red wine vinegar, olive oil, S & P
Served with chervil and seared lemon

Finished with butter, chives, and rehydrated porcini mushrooms
