How to lead for compass dip error?

Rule of thumb is to lead the turn by 15°+1/2 of latitude
Our latittude is 33, so 33/2=16.5. round down to 15. 15+15=30° lead.
So when turning to a northerly heading, level the wings 30° ahead and when turning to a southerly heading, level the wings 30° after the heading.
