they are higher in fibre , digest slower filling more longer e.g beans.made up of sugar molecules that are strung together in long complex chains
what is simple carbs plus examples?
natrually occuring sugars eg found in milk/fruit & refined sugars added to process foods
what’s hbv and examples?
contains all essential amino acids can be found in eggs, cheese
what’s LBV and examples ?
are missiong one or more essential amino acids eg- peas, lentils
what are examples of saturated fats?
butter, meats like beef , lamb ,whole-milk
what are examples of unsaturated fats?
nuts, avocado’s , salmon
