T: The body colour may be normal. Severe case: may be slightly red on the side
P: Wiry, especially on the left side
Lr qi stagnation
Sx: nausea, difficulty swallowing, belching, vomiting, hiccup
T: no changes
P:Tight or wiry on the right middle position
St qi rebelling
Sx: Poor appetite, slight abdominal distension after eating, tiredness, lassitude, pale complexion, weakness of the limbs, loose stools, depression, tendency to obesity, I bearing down sensation in the abdomen, prolapse of stomach, uterus, anus or bladder, frequently and urgency of urination, menorrhagia
T: pale
P: Week: when the stomach is prolapse, this can be felt in the middle right position of the polls. If we divide the stomach position on the polls into three parts the upper part will simply not be felt when the stomach is prolapsed
Spleen qi sinking
Sx: barking cough with profuse sticky yellow or green sputum, shortness of breath, wheezing, a feeling of oppression in the chest, phlegm in the throat, feeling of heat, thirst, insomnia, agitation, a feeling of happiness and fuzziness of the head, dizziness
T: red, swollen and sticky yellow coat
P: slippery, rapid
Phlegm heat in the lungs
Sx: fever at night, mental confusion, incoherent speech or aphasia, delirium, body hot, hands and feet cold, macules
T: Red and dry without coat
P: fine, rapid
Pericardium heat
Sx: hypochondriac or epigastric distention, a slight feeling of oppression in the chest, irritability, melancholy, depression, moodiness, a feeling of a lump in the throat, a feeling of heat, red face, thirst, propensity to outbursts of anger, premenstrual tension, irregular periods, premenstrual breast distention, heavy periods
T: read on the sideS
P: wiry, especially on the left side and slightly rapid
Stagnant liver qi turning into heat
Sx: fulness of the hypochondria, abdomen or hypogastrium, Bitter taste, sticky taste, poor appetite, nausea, feeling of heaviness in the body, yellow vaginal discharge, vaginal itching, vulvar eczema or sores, Mid cycle bleeding and or pain, pain, redness and swelling of the scrotum, general, popular or vesicular skin rashes and itching, urinary difficult, burning on urination, dark urination
T: red body with red sides, sticky yellow coat
P: slippery, wiry, rapid
Liver damp heat
Sx: slight shortness of breath, slight cough, weak voice, dislike of speaking, bright white complexion, propensity to catch colds, tiredness, palpitations, depression, spontaneous sweating, sighing

P: empty, especially on both front positions
Lung and heart qi Deficiency
Sx: Poor appetite, slight abdominal distension after eating, tiredness, lassitude, pale Salo complexion, weakness of the limbs, loose stools, depression, blood spots under the skin, blood in the urine or stool, excessive uterine bleeding
T: pale
P: weak or fine
Spleen not controlling blood
Sx: Poor appetite, slight abdominal distension after eating, tiredness, lassitude, dull pale complexion, Weakness of the limbs, loose stools, thin body, scanty periods or amenorrhea, insomnia, dizziness, numbness of the limbs, blurred vision, floaters in the eyes, diminished night vision, pale lips, muscular weakness, cramps, weathered and brittle nails, dry hair and skin, slight depression, a feeling of aimlessness
T: pale body especially on the sides, which, in extreme cases, I can assume an orange colour and dry

Spleen and liver blood deficiency
Sx: frequent pale abundant urination, incontinence, and recess, low back ache, dizziness, nocturia, white urethral discharge, a feeling of cold
T: pale, wet
p: Deep, weak
Urinary bladder deficiency cold
Sx: palpitations, stabbing or pricking pain in the chest which may radiate to the inner aspect of the left arm or the shoulder, a feeling of oppression or constriction of the chest, shortness of breath, cyanosis of the lips and nails, cold hands, painful periods with dark clots
T: purple and it’s entirety or only on the sides in the chest area
P: choppy, wiry or knotted
Blood stasis of the pericardium
Sx: Poor appetite, slight abdominal distension after eating, tiredness, lassitude, pale complexion, weakness of limbs, loose stools, uncomfortable feeling in the epigastrium, lack of taste sensation
T: pale
P: empty, especially on the right middle position
Stomach and spleen qi deficiency 
Sx: hypochondriac or epigastric distention, hiccup, science, nausea, vomiting, belching, turning feeling in stomach, irritability, in women breast distension
T: in light cases the tongue body colour may not change. Severe case: sides will be red
P: wiry may be particularly wiry on the liver and stomach positions
Liver rebellious qi
Sx: doll abdominal pain alleviated by pressure desire for hot drinks, Borborygmi, Diarrhea, pale and abundant urination, cold limbs
T: pale body, white coat
P: deep week slow
Small intestine deficiency cold
Sx: Feeling of stiffness and discomfort of the chest, dull ache in the chest, very slight shortness of breath, palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, dream disturb sleep, poor memory, propensity to be startled, dull pale complexion, pale lips, cold hands, scanty periods, Amenorrhoea
 T: pale thin slightly dry
P: choppy are fine but very slightly hard on the left front position
Pericardium blood deficiency
Sx: lower of Domino twisting pain that may extend to the back, abdominal distention, dislike of pressure on the abdomen, Borborygmi, Flatulence, abdominal pain relief by omission of wind, pain in testes
T: white coat
P: deep, worry, especially on the rear positions
Small intestine qi pain 
Sx: abdominal distension and pain, constipation with body stools, irritability, aggravation of condition according to mood
T: either normal or slightly red on sides
P: wire on both rear positions
Large intestine
Qi stagnation
Sx: constipation, burning in anus, abdominal distention and pain that are worse with pressure, high fever or title fever, sweating, especially on the limbs, vomiting, thirst, delirium
T: thick dry yellow or brown, black coat, red body
P: deep, full
Heat obstructing large intestine
Sx: palpitations, a feeling of distension or oppression of the chest, depression, a slight feeling of lump in the throat, slight shortness of breath, cyan, poor appetite, slight nausea, cold limbs, slightly purple lips, pale complexion
T: slightly pale purple on the sides in the chest area
P: empty but very slightly overflowing of the left front position
Heart qi stagnation
Sx: cough with expectoration of white watery sputum aggravated by exposure to cold, A feeling of cold, cold hands, phlegm in the throat, dizziness, a feeling of oppression in the chest, a feeling of cold in the chest, a feeling of Heaviness, a feeling of muzziness and dizziness of the head
T: swollen and wet with a sticky white coat
P: slippery, slow
Cold phlegm in the lungs
Sx: palpitations, stabbing or pricking pain in the chest which may radiate to the inner aspect of the left arm or the shoulder, a feeling of oppression or construction of the chest, cyanosis of the lips and nails, cold hands
T: purple in its entirety or only on the sides in the chest area

Heart blood stasis
sx: palpitations, insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, propensity to be startled, poor memory, anxiety, mental restlessness, uneasiness, fidgety Ness, dry mouth and throat, night sweating
T: no coat, deep midline crack reaching the tip

Heart Yin deficiency
Sx: uncomfortable bladder pressure, bladder pain, urinary frequency and urgency, burning sensation, urinary hesitancy, suprapubic pain and distention, occasionally slight incontinence, nocturia
T: none noted
P: none noted
Interstitial cystitis
Sx: Tremor, facial tic, Severe dizziness, tonight S, headache, dry throat, dry eyes, blurred vision, numbness or tingling of limbs, poor memory, backache, scanty urination, night sweating, possible hypertension
T: normal coloured without coat
P: wiry, fine

Sx: sudden swelling of eyes and face gradually spreading to the whole body, bright shiny complexion, scanty and pale urination, aversion to wind, fever, cough, slight breathlessness

Invasion of lungs by wind water
Sx: dizziness, tinnitus, hardness of hearing, lower back yet, Dalex epidural or vertical headache, insomnia, numbness or tingling of the limbs, dry eyes, blurred vision, dry throat, dry hair and skin, brittle nails, dry vagina, night sweating, dry stools, nocturnal omissions, scanty registration or amenorrhea, delayed cycle, infertility
T: normal coloured without coat with root less coat
P: floating, empty
Kidney and liver Yin deficiency
Sx: mental restlessness, insomnia, tongue and/or mouth ulcers, pain in the throat, deafness, uncomfortable feeling and heat sensation in the chest, abdominal pain, thirst with desire to drink cold liquids, scanty and dark urination, burning pain or urination, blood in urine
T: red with redder and swollen tip, yellow coat
P: overflowing, rapid, especially in the front position. If there are urinary symptoms the pulse will be wiry on the left rear position
Full heat in the small intestine
Sx: dry cough that is worse in the evening, dry throat and mouth, thin body, breathlessness on exertion, lower back ache, night sweating, dizziness, tinnitus, hardness of hearing, scanty urination
T: normal coloured without coat or with rootless coat
P: floating, empty
Kidney and lung Yin deficiency
Sx: fullness, pain and distension of the epigastrium that are relieved by vomiting, nausea, vomiting of sour fluids, foul breath, sour regurgitation, belching, insomnia, loose stools or constipation, poor appetite
T: thick coat which would be white or yellow
P: full, slippery
Retention of food in the stomach
Sx: cough with expectoration of white watery sputum, breathlessness, splashing sound in the chest, vomiting of white watery frothy sputum, a feeling of oppression of the chest, a feeling of heaviness and muzziness of the head, dizziness, feeling cold, coughing which may be elicited by a scare
T: pale with thick sticky white coat
P: fine, slippery or soggy or wiry
 phlegm fluids obstructing the lung
Sx: five palm heat, a feeling of heat in the evening, Maller flush, menopausal hot flashes, thirst with desire to drink in small sips, pronounced anxiety in the evening, nocturnal emissions with dreams
 T: red tongue without coat severe: cracked
P floating, empty and slightly rapid

Kidney Yin deficiency with empty heat
Sx: fulness and extension of the hypogastric him with pain which refers downwards to the scrotum and testes and upward to the hypochondria, the pain is alleviated by warmth, straining of the testes or contraction of the scrotum, vertical headache, feeling of cold, cold hands and feet, vomiting of clear watery fluids or dry vomiting; and women there can be a shrinking of the vagina
T: pale and wet with a white coat
P: deep wiry slow
Stagnation of cold in the liver channel
Sx: Poor appetite, slight abdominal distension after eating, tiredness, lassitude, pale complexion, weakness of the limbs, loose stools, tendency to obesity, slight shortness of breath, slight coughing, weak voice, spontaneous daytime sweating, dislike of speaking, propensity to catch cold, dislike of cold
T: pale
P: empty especially on the right side
Spleen and lung qi deficiency 
Sx: soreness and weakness of the lower back, weak knees, clear frequent urination, weak stream urination, abundant urination, dribbling after urination, incontinence of urine, anuresis, urination at night, nocturnal emissions without dreams, premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, Tiredness, a feeling of cold, cold limbs, and women prolapse of uterus, chronic white vaginal discharge, a dragging down feeling in the lower abdomen, recurrent miscarriage
T: pale
P: deep, weak especially in the rear positions
Kidney qi not firm
Sx: dry cough with occasional, difficult expectoration of scanty sputum, Shortness of breath, a feeling of oppression of the chest, scanty phlegm in the throat, a feeling of heaviness and muzziness of the head, dizziness, dry throat, wheezing, pasty dry complexion
T: swollen with a dry sticky coat or without coat
P: fine, slippery
Dry phlegm in the lungs
Sx: palpitations, mental restlessness, insomnia, dream disturbed sleep, anxiety, poor memory, dizziness, tonight is, hardness of hearing, low back ache, nocturnal omissions with dreams, a feeling of heat in the evening, dry throat at night, thirst with a desire to drink in small sips, night sweating, five palm heat, scanty dark urine, dry stools
T: red with redder tip without coat midline heart crack
P: floating, empty and wrap it or deep, week on both rear positions and relatively overflowing on both front position
Kidney and heart not communicating
Sx: frequent and urgent urination, burning of urination, Difficult urination, dark yellow and or turbid urine, blood in the urine, fever, thirst but without desire to drink, hypogastric fulness and pain, a feeling of heat
T: Thick sticky yellow coat on the root with red spots
Urinary bladder damp heat
Sx: severe, stabbing epigastric pain that may be worse at night, dislike of pressure, nausea, vomiting, possibly vomiting of blood, vomiting of food looking like coffee grounds
T: purple
P: wiry
Stomach blood stasis
Sx: hypochondriac pain, abdominal pain, vomiting of blood, epistasis, painful periods, irregular periods, dark and clotted menstrual blood, infertility, masses in abdomen, purple nails, purple lips, purple or dark complexion, dry skin in severe cases, purple petechiae
T: purple especially or only on sides. Severe case: purple spots on the side
P: wiry or firm
Liver blood stasis
Sx: aversion to cold, fever, cough, itchy throat, slight breathlessness, blocked or runny nose with Clearwater he discharge, sneezing, occipital headache, bodyaches
T: thin white coat
P: floating, tight
Wind cold
