Bottle instructions and operations
- A-21 regulator is a demand pressure
- operating range altitude is sea level to 43,000ft
- normal operating service pressure is 375psi at 70 degrees F.
- service at 300psi
- if bottle goes below 25psi it must be purged
- good for 30min, 100%
- normal psi is 300-375

- check knob is in “norm” position on pre/post flight inspection
- there are 4 knob settings- emer, 42m, 30m, norm
- 5 sub assemblies
- 4 quick fill ports on C-130 right by each bottle
