What does the thoracic duct drain?
All lymph of the body apart from upper right quadrant above diaphragm
What does the lymphatic duct drain?
Upper right quadrant
What are the three horizontal planes to define gastroenteric nodes?
Level IA Celiac (T12)
Level IIA superior mesenteric (LI)
Level IIIA Inferior mesenteric (L3)
What is the boundary of the retrocrural LN?
Posterior to the crura of the diaphragm
What is the boundary of the Superior mesenteric LN?
Around the superior mesenteric artery and vein. Posterior and lateral to pancreas, anterior to aorta (at L1)
What is the boundary of the Paraaortic LN?
Around the aorta

What is the boundary of the Interpectoral LN?
Fat plane between pectoralis major and pectoralis minor
Rotter’s nodes
What is the boundary of the paramammary LN?
Lateral to the breast
What is the boundary of the internal mammary LN?
