Upper border: upper border of manubrium. Lower border: intersection of caudal margin of innominate (left brachiocephalic) vein with the trachea and Aortic arch

Anterior vessels

Upper border: intersection of caudal margin of innominate (left brachiocephalic) vein with the trachea. Lower border:lower border of azygos vein.
