Q
What is the general pathway for lymphatics in the head/neck?
A
Nodes drain into the superior cervical node then to the inferior cervical node and then into the thoracic duct on the left or the right lymphatic duct on the right

Q
How do lymph nodes differ in infection vs Malignancy?
A
Infection = Swollen and tender
Malignancy = Hard and painless lumps
