drains face, tongue, mouth, nose, palate and submental nodes
Submental Nodes
drains central lower lip and tip of tongue
Anterior Cervical
drains superficial anterior neck
Posterior Cervical (along accesory nerve)
drains lateral neck into supraclavicular nodes
Retropharyngeal nodes
drains nasopharynx and atlanto-occipital & atlantoaxial joints
Paratrachel Nodes
drains trachea
Infrahyoid, prelaryngeal and pretracheal nodes
drains trachea, larynx, lower pharynx & esophagus
Supraclavicular
drains axial nodes
Terminal (deep) - Superior Nodes
larynx, pharynx, posterior palate, posterior tongue

occipital, retroauricular, parotid, buccal, retropharyngeal & submandibular nodes
