diffuse proliferative GN, focal proliferative, immune complex mediated interstitial nephritis, membranous nephropathy, mesangial proliferative GN.

I: normal glomeruli by LM, II: pure mesangiopathic III: foacl GN IV: diffuse GN V: membranous VI: advanced sclerosis
what are the worst prognoses?
diffuse is the worse, focal is next to worst
what is the focus on lupus prognosis?
activity and chronicity. the activity defines the treatment and the chronicity defines the prognosis

wire loops and fibrin thrombi
what are the wire loop deposits in lupus?
IgG
what renal lesions suggest lupus?
full house immune complex deposits. deposits in all locations. tubuloreticular structures in endothelial cells with a fingerprint substructure to these deposits.
