Position Set-up
* Feet hip-width apart
* Hips and shoulders even and square to the front
* Belly in, abs braced and chest lifted
Execution Set-up
* Take a long stride back
* Bend knees - back kneed moves towards the floor
* Knees in line with toes
* Front thigh parallel to the floor
* 90 degrees on the Lunge
* Hips and shoulders square to the front

OFFSET SQUAT
Position Set-up
* Bar on meaty part of upper back
* One foot slides back
* Chest lifted, light pinch between the shoulder blades
* Belly in and abs braced
* Feet outside hip-width on the Offset Squat
Execution Set-up
* Sit the butt back and down
* Knees track forward, in line with toes
* Butt stops just above knee level - knees at a 90-degree angle
