Laterosuperior to the sternum, 1 cun below Yinmen (LU2) at the level of the first intercostal space, 6 cun lateral to the Ren Meridian (anterior midline).
LU 1
In the superior lateral part of the anterior
thoracic wall, superior to the coracoid
process of the scapula, in the depression of
the infraclavicular fossa, 6 cun lateral to the
Ren Meridian (anterior midline).
LU 2
On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 3
cun below the end of the axillary fold, on
the radial side of m. biceps brachii
LU 3
On the medial aspect of the upper arm, 4
cun below the end of the axillary fold, or 5
cun above the cubital crease, on the radial
side of biceps brachii
LU 4
On cubital crease, in the depression of
the radial side of tendon biceps
brachii. This point is located with the
elbow slightly flexed
LU 5
On palmar aspect of the forearm, on
the line joining LU-9 and LU-5, 7 cun
above the transverse crease of the
wrist (proximal to)
LU 6
Superior to the styloid process of the
radius, 1.5 cun above transverse crease
of wrist (proximal to), between the
brachioradial muscle and the tendon of
the long abductor muscle of the thumb
LU 7
(Luo connecting point of lung)
1 cun above the transverse crease of
the wrist in the depression on the
lateral side of radial artery

At radial end of transverse crease of wrist, in depression on lateral side of the radial artery

On the radial aspect of the midpoint of
1st metacarpal bone, on the juncton of
red and white skin

On the radial side of thumb, 0.1 cun
posterior to the corner of the nail
