what does the T stand for?
tumour (size and invasion)
what is T1?
based on size, not invasion
what is T2?
invasion to main bronchus
what is T3?
invasion to chest wall percadium, phrenic nerve or satellite nodules sin same lobe
what is T4?
invasion to diaphragm, mediastuk, hear, great vessels, RLN, carina, trachea, oesophagus, spine or separate tumour in different lobe or lung
what does N stand for?
nodes
what is N1?
node stations 14-10 involved
what is N2?
node station 9-1
what is N3?
nodes stations in both 14-10 and 9-1
what does M stand for?
matastasices
what is M1a?
other side of the lung spread
what is M1b?
other organ outside chest cavity
what is M1c?
multiple organs affected
