ACTS OVERVIEW

A

Jesus stays with his disciples for 40 days

and gives them clear instruction on what to do after his departure: spread the word of God

Initially Peter tells that Jesus the is the Jewish Messiah but after a vision understands that the word of God is for everyone

Paul recently converted on the road to Damascus agrees with Peter but is concerned with non gentile converts need to observe Jewish law (e.g. circumcision)

Paul travels to Rome
