Cases of this are rare therefore is a problem deciding what parts of the brain are involved until more research is gained
Why does it take longer to learn procedural memories?
Procedural memory involves motor functions and spatial abilities and procedural memory requires a high level of processing
What is the problem with semantic and episodic memory?
There is an overlap between the two systems because their differences are unclear
What is good about being able to identify the different types of LTM?
It can better people’s lives as treatments can be developed because episodic memory is the memory that is most often affected by mild cognitive impairment
