A
GE=Laying on side
Prime Mover=illiopsoas
Sitting down bring knee up to hand, apply resistance to thigh

Hip Extension
A
GE=laying on side
Prime Mover= Gluteus Maximus
Laying prone, lift leg with knee flexed. Apply resistance to thigh

Knee Flexion
A
GE= laying on side
Prime Mover= Hamstrings→ biceps femoris
Prone with knee flexed, stabilize thigh and try to pull leg down

Knee Extension
A
Sit up, Kick leg out
Prime Mover= Quadriceps Femoris
GE= laying on side

Dorsi Flexion (ankle)
A
GE=laying on side
Prime Mover=Tibilalis anterior
Sitting down, dorsiflex and push down on dorsal foot

Ankle plantarflexion
A
GE= laying on side
Prime Mover= gastrocnemius
Standing up, tippy toes
