Prone and same side FLEX knee and internally rotate tibia
Extension Ankle (Gastrocnemius)
Prone and same side FLEX knee onto doctors thigh, compressive force on the calcaneus for plantar-flexion
Medial Ankle (TIBIALIS ANTERIOR)- shin splints = inversion
Lateral recumbent, pillow under leg inversion of foot and ankle
Lateral Ankle (Fibularis: Peroneus, Longus, Brevis, Tertius)= eversion
Lateral recumbent, pillow under leg eversion on foot/ankle and some external rotation
