VFR - 5000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 1500ft or greater
SVFR - 2000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 600ft or greater

VFR - 5000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 1500ft or greater
SVFR arrival - 5000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 1500ft or greater
SVFR departure - 2000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 600ft or greater
What are the operating minima’s for CAT A-E Helicopter overflights by Day/Night?
Day - 2000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 600ft or greater
Night - 5000m and/or Cloud Ceiling 1500ft or greater
What are the operating minima’s for CAT A-E Helicopter overflights by Day/Night operating SVFR?
Greater than 1900m but less than 5000m and/or Cloud Base greater than 600ft but less than 1500ft
What is the operating minima for helicopters on published routes operating SVFR?
1000m or more
What are the operating minima for visual separation on published routes?
5000m
What are the altitude restrictions within the CTR East & West of LHR?
East - Not below 1300ft
West - Not below 1200ft
These don’t apply to helicopters on SOA, pilots landing/taking off close to IFR arrival/dep routes, police/Helimed or when specified in procedures.

If within 1nm/500ft
