Lost comms procedure for Route element

A

A V E F

Assigned - in the last ATC clearance received.
Vectored - if being vectored, use the direct route to the [fix/route/airway] from the vector clearance.
Expected - if no assigned route, use the route ATC advised could be expected in a further clearance.
Filed - if no assigned and no expected route, use the route that was filed in the flight plan.

Assigned altitude received in the last ATC clearance
