What is contained in the OLB?
A
Page 1 contains. Name of the ship. Official number. Port of registry. Net tonnage / gross tonnage. Name of master.
List of crew. Name, rank, conduct and any other section they are mentioned in.
Record of musters/ drills. Irish ships at least once per month x1 abandon ship and x1 fire drill. If 25 % of crew change lifeboat muster within 24hrs. Abandon ship drill. For pax lifeboat Muster within 24hrs of sailing.
Record of steering gear tests and drills.
Births and deaths.
Record accommodations inspections
Record of food and water inspection
