How are guests drilled on joining the vessel?
Safety briefing carried out immediately on joining.
What info are guests shown on muster?
Taken to their muster station.
Shown how to done life jackets.
Shown where escape routes are.
Shown emergency signals.
How often are crew drills / musters carried out?
One abandon ship drill.
One one fire drill.
If more than 25% have not participated in a drill on the previous month. One shall take place within 24hrs of departure.
How often is an enclosed space entry drill?
At least every 2 months
How often are rescue boats drills carried out.
Preferably every month,
But at least every 3months.
How often are David launched life rafts trained for?
At least 4 months.
How are drills recorded for?
Dates of musters / drills including guest musters should be recorded in the OLB
