A
Cheap land and vast area to expand
Cheaper land will lower cost will make expansion easier.
High unemployment if potiention workers haven’t been employed in a while they will be more desperate meaning they would except a lower wage lowering firms costs.
Location that is close to the supplier.
Area where customers are local.
