General format for standardized radio transmissions

What does “late break” mean?
Clear to break as required for spacing behind the last aircraft on inside downwind
Exiting the High Pattern Radio Call:
“Call sign, high crosswind for Point A,B, or C”
VFR Entry Point Radio Call
“Tinder, Call sign (flight of #), [inside] Point A/B/C (from breakout, Falls-2, request straight-in)
Calls at initials from Point B/C
“Call sign, 7- mile initial”
“Call sign, 3 mile initial, (no-flap, single-engine go, Falls-2, MIKKE, PIECE, SPEED, fuel”
Entering the high pattern radio call:
“Call sign, turning crosswind for the high pattern”
Call at initial from outside downwind
“Call sign, initial, (no-flap, single-engine go, Falls-2, MIKKE, PIECE, SPEED, fuel”
Perch point radio call at the correct position
“Call sign, base, gear down, (no flap, single-engine go, restricted low approach, full stop, straight-in in sight)”
Extended perch point radio call

When do you add fuel to your radio call?
Second to last radio transmission
Unable to break:
“Break point straight through”
Perching at the correct point but unable to make the call on time:
“Call sign, final turn, gear down, (no flap, single-engine go, restricted low approach, full stop, straight-in in sight)”
When can you add fuel to a closed request?
Only in an attempt to avoid a potential minimum fuel situation
Requesting closed with runway 18 departure:
“Call sign request closed, tally”
Initial airborne call to departure or arrival:
“Sheppard (Departure, Arrival), Call sign [flight of #], airborne, passing (altitude), climbing (altitude), (Falls, [(option, low approach), (Falls, radar vectors to Point B/C for Straight-in, MIKKE, PIECE, Radar, Tinder)], request approach, VFR direction, low-level south, afterburner climb, trail departure)”
