How do you assemble a LA needle?

Answer 1

First thing is to note batch number and expiry date in notes.

Then insert cartridge into syringe barrel until the needle punctures the diaphragm of the cartridge

Click needle into handle and pull back barrel cover when you want to use.

How do you disassemble a LA needle?

Answer 2

Pull barrel cover up and click once for temporary locking, twice for permanent lock.

Dispose of LA and needle in sharps bin (orange if empty, blue if some local is left)
