The seven features are nutrition, respiration, excretion, growth, reproduction, movement, response.
What is the difference between animals and plants and how they get their nutrition?
Animals get their food from plants or animals
Plants make their own food called photosynthesis.
What is respiration?
The release of energy from foods.
Describe respiration.
Respiration breaks down the food in their cells to supply themselves energy.
What does excretion mean?
Excretion is the removal of waste.
What is the difference with animal excretion and plant excretion?
Animals excrete product waste salt water amd carbon dioxide.
Plants don’t excret much waste because it doesn’t make much waste material.
What is growth?
Growth is when the organisms get bigger.
What happens when an organism has one cell when it’s growing?
If the organism has one and its growing the cell would get bigger.
Describe the growth of an organism that has more than one cell?
If an organism has more than one cell if the organism grows the cells get divided to make more cells.
What is reproduction?
Repoduction is the formation of new living things.
Why is reproduction very important to oraganisms?
Reproduction is important to organisms to prevent the animal or plant to be extinct.
What is the difference between animals and plants in movement?
Animals find it easy to move like walking, talkins and swimming.
Plants move very slowly and can’t do the same movements like animals.
What is a response?
Response is areacting to the changes in the surrounding.
