Relexive Verbs
Almost any transitive verb (action verb, expressing a doable activity like kick, want, eat, clean which has a direct object) can be used reflexively (eg er liebt sich - he loves himself). Some verbs, however, have a fixed use as reflexives where you don’t use a reflexive verb in English (eg setzt sich)

Occupies the normal place in the word order for an object. In a main sentence, comes immediately after the verb; in a subordinate sentence, comes as near to the beginning as possible, usually after the subject
