Paradox
A statement that contradicts itself and still seems true somehow. Fancy that. Everyday examples include, “Nobody goes to the restaurant because it’s too crowded.” Or how about “This sentence is false.”
Parable

is repetition of the same pattern of words or phrases within a sentence or passage to show that two or more ideas have the same level of importance.

A composition that imitates the style of another composition, normally for comic effect and often by applying that style to an outlandish or inappropriate subject.
