- A qualified hangar door operator and 2 safety observers.

2 in each hangar. 1 in the Line Shack, 1 in the Tool Room and 1 in the contamination locker on the south side of the hangars.

When towing maintenance stands, what should you check the trailing wheels for?
Make sure they are locked straight to prevent fish tailing.
How long should hot brakes be cooled for?
5 mins initially and 30 mins if brakes are still hot. if the problem still exists, the aircraft will be launched for a flight.
How do you perform a hot brakes check?
Approach aircraft fore to aft, check with the back of hands, if hot have the pilot run up engines with flaps down for 5 mins, if still hot, run up engines for 30 mins, launch aircraft if the brakes are still hot.
