What is a horizontal line?

It draws the eye from side to side. This line has a calming, relaxing and soothing effect.

It draws the eye upwards or downwards towards a focal point. It creates a sense of height, power or superiority.

This lines lies at an angle. It creates a dynamic effect ( full of energy) and movement.
