Flat topped, shiny papules.
Intensely itchy
Wickhams striae- fine, lace like pattern on surface of papules and buccal mucosa.

Treatment

Answer 2

Self- limiting after 12-18 months, therefore treat symptomatically.
Topical steroids (potent or very potent)
If extensive- oral steroids.
