Change definition
This is where the business actually implements the change itself. Once the business has been unfrozen and is prepared for change it is time to transform the business. - change doesn’t happen overnight so give people time to adjust
Refreezing definition
Once the change has been implemented it is important to solidify the change so that it remains in the long term. If it is implemented and then not reinforced there is a greater chance the business will return to its old ways
