nominal level data
A
frequencies of occurrence e.g. how many cars are red, green or yellow.

A
these are data that can be ranked in low-high (or high-low) or 1st 2nd 3rd ext.

data that’s measured on a fixed scale e.g. weight in inches, weight in grammes

data that’s been collected by other researchers, are then used by psychologists
