What were you responsible for during your inspection and what was the purpose of the inspection?
I was responsible for:
- Noting aspects of the property, such as the fit out, desk numbers, location etc.
- Viewing on behalf of a client to see if it would be a suitable property for them.
What was the spec?
- Looking at plug and play offices generally. Small suite in period Knightsbridge properties.
What sort of things would impact rent payable?
- Fit out, size, location, building style.
Why is it important to take photos?
Record keeping to refer back to
What were you considering when inspecting the fit out - i.e., was it Grade A space?
A follow on questions could be - What is Grade A specification?
What metrics did you use to compare the buildings?
- Price psf
- Package included
- Location (closeness to Harrods and transportation links)
What is your lone working policy at your firm?
Carry phone at all times
