How does inspection differ for agency and valuation?
A
valuation - construction, valuation sensitive specification, vacancies and marketing boards, (think about FRI leases for the condition - doesn’t impact valuation as much as agency)
agency - general feel for the space - layout, spec, consideration for condition of the unit
