FIgure if it is an attractive area - feel for the surrounding
What did you note about the exterior?
It is of brick construction built in the 1960s
I noted the sloping topography which limits the floor space on the basement and ground floor
It is a flat roof
It is in reasonable condition for the age of the property, with no obvious signs of defects

Appeared to be solid wall construction

If cavity walls, any signs of cracking
