Narrative Writing
Tells a story. You can see it in movies and plays. It can be fiction and it has a clear beginning middle and end. It also contains a conflict.
Descriptive Writing
Paints pictures with words. Describes person, place, or object in detail. Uses sensory words. Like journal or memoirs.
Expository writing
Facts about a topic and doesn’t contain feels. EXPLAINS a topic. Like a recipe or research project .
Persuasive writing
Trying to convincer someone of an opinion. Trying to share your opinion. Like an ad or debates.
